Sprints in the altitude Thialf

In combination with Innovation Lab Thialf and the National Short Track Training Selection (NTS), b-Cat supported with the preparation of the altitude chamber and installed the equipment in the Thialf Ice-track in Heerenveen.

The Dutch short track team is increasingly on the international map. The Dutch short track selection is always looking for ways to perform better and to that end, they try other training methods. An example is the so-called high – Altitude chamber that b-Cat has realized.

With those who had used the b-Cat Altitude training chamber, you saw that they could cycle at a relatively higher power, especially in the last sprints. In short: they were able to make a considerable effort for a longer period of time.
